First off I'm a new member, Im happy to be part of the group now, iv always kinda followed just never singed up.
The car is a 02 3.0
The problem I'm having with this car is it will not stay running it runs a real low rpm then stalls out, sometimes it will run for half a hour an sometimes will only run a few min, it comes up with codes p2104 forced idle and code p2112 throttle actuator control stuck closed and p2111 throttle actuator control stuck open.
Iv changed both the throttle plate sensor and motor, also had the ecm tested, and it's at complete random most of the time the 2 throttle codes don't show up, often I clear them try an start it and keep going back an forth like that, then out of the blue one or the other will be there.
I guess what I'm asking is there anything I'm missing that I should check, iv been up an down this thing I'm actually a diesel mechanic, I have not yet checked the compression only because how difficult the plugs are to get under the manifold and the car only has 104 thousand miles, there was some water in the 3 plug tubes on the drivers side I dried that up made no difference at all, any help would be awesome, I'm out of ideas I feel it's in the wiring harness but before I went an got one I wanted to see what others had to say or if there was something I'm missing.

I'm a bit confused here. The 2002 Lincoln LS V6 did not have throttle by wire, so no throttle actuator/motor, and shouldn't be able to generate those specific codes. The 03 to 05 did have it. Could you post a picture of this car?

It's a 2003 my bad,

Okay, then it's really simple. Replace all six COPs (Coil-On-Plug) and all six spark plugs. Be sure to use OEM coils and good spark plugs (none of those extra electrodes or Bosch plugs). Set the plug gaps by the sticker under the hood. Get the wiper cowl seal set to keep the water out of the new coils.
Believe it or not, it is usually electrical noise from one or more marginal coils that causes the ETC failsafe issues.
