Need Some Help With Head Lights And Tail Lights

Was Wondering Is There Anyone Out There That Can Help Me Solve My Problem My Head Lights Or My Tail Lights Wont Come On With The Switch But When Its Dark I Have One Head Light That Will Come On With Out The Switch At First My Car Wouldn't Shift In To Gear And My Cruise Control Wasn't Working Replace The Fuse Thats Working Now Checked All The Fuses For The Headlights And Tail Light Nothing Wrong Any Suggestions Or Ideas
