wen driving my car is fine but wen i go up a hill and hold it at 45-50 is jerks like its comin in and out of gear i was thinkin maybe speed sensor but im not sure any had this problem?

I hope all your misspelling is your phone or something. But you most likely have a bad COP. (coil on plug)

Thats about the same thing my car did when my coil(s) went bad. Changed them all out with the Visteon coils. Just make sure you plug all the coils in when or if you change them. When I did mine I accidently left one of them halfway unplugged, started missing again a week later.

Also, make sure you change all the spark plugs.
If your 04 V8 has less than 100K miles, then a Lincoln or Ford dealership will stress test all the COPs and replace the failing ones at no charge to you.

well iv change some coils last summer because of misfires i jus didnt have money to change all of them but i did get it scanned again to check and i got no misfire code the only thing that came up was a bad o2 sensor

There is no code for "bad O2 sensor." You may be getting a bad mixture code (making you think the O2 sensor is bad) because of misfires making the mixture actually bad. It is possible (and not uncommon) for there to be no hard misfire codes with marginal coils.
