Recently there have been a string of car break ins at my campus parking garage and around campus in general. Just today I stumbled onto a Mazda Tribute (suv) near to where I park that had it's back window broken and looks as if someone try to stone the car for not bringing sexy back. When officers showed up they said that they break the windows because the alarms wont go off and thus never open the doors to avoid alerting anyone. I'm going to be getting 18% window tint as mine is currently 30% (legal limit) and I think far to light. I don't want anyone peeping into my car. Is there any type of quality alarm systems that can further aid in alerting anyone if someone smashes my window or hits the car?
