need the appropriate weight of MK VIII transmission

I am thinking about changing out my own transmission. Anyone have an approximate weight? I don't want to get crushed by it.

Transmission without fluid is around 120 pounds. TC is another 30. Even having drained out the fluid from the transmission and TC, there still could be around 25 pounds of fluid.

Thanks. Sounds like too much for me at age 70. I'm going to have to rent a transmission cradle or jack.
