Need to purchase torque converter!!!!!!

Can anybody tell me what torque converter will work for my Lincoln Mark VIII!!!
I have purchased one from jegs and they said it would work and didnt and now i just bought another one from a local place in town called Kennedy Transmission and they gave me the wrong one too. Which one will work with my car...Right now im floating over 750 dollars worth of parts that wont work with my car!!!!

If you want a 2400 stall converter, I believe the factory Mercury Marauder converter will work.

i think your problem is they are giving you 12 inch converters,you need
11 and 1/4 inch for your mark.
