So my Baptist mother-in-law is staying at our house (her house that we are renting) to watch after my wife after her surgery, any who I just bought a case of Heineken and need some help getting rid of it before Friday. I'm the only drinker in the house so finishing it by my self might be a little difficult

You should have told her that Christ turned water into wine after the guest had polished off all the wine ... plus ... it was noted that his was better and that the tradition was to serve the good wine first because the guest wouldn't care as much after they were drunk.

Why is your MIL digging through your trash? If she doesn't help pay any bills for you, I wouldn't care what she thinks. If your wife accepts you, that's all that matters, not the MIL. JMO..

she wasn't, it was sitting on a chair in the kitchen that she needed.
