Needed for a friend--Toreador Red LH door handle

This so so funny. I have the same color car. One year only, 1996, JB paint chip code. It is very rare to get parts of this color so I try to pick up little things whenever I see them for sale just in case I might need it one day. Side view mirror, license plate holder, whatever. Someone just about two weeks ago had a JB driver side door handle for sale on this very forum and I bought it from him for extra stock.

I would sell it to you, but last week, just a few days after buying it, MY DOOR HANDLE SNAPPED OFF. Talk about good timing. For me. Not you :)

Yes, good timing indeed. haha. This is even funnier.....I left the note on his car informing him that I could fix his door handle (didn't know him prior to this), like a month ago. He didn't call me back until just yesterday about fixing it. If he had called me right away I could have yours, and then you'd be the one in the funny situation! haha.
Thanks anyway, though. I appreciate the thought.

On a good note, I found a 97 conti in the junkyard today with 4 good chrome handles (the newer, stronger style), so I'm gonna see if he'd like those instead.

Yeah, it's at LKQ junkyard on River's Ave near Mall Dr. It's got grey interior and the exterior is blue. It's mostly complete. I pulled all of the door panels off to get to the door handles, but they should all be in the back seat.
I would go sometime soon, cuz they've got it out front and they usually only have the ones out front for a couple days.

was the woodgrain on the doors driver side front and back intact? and did it still have a glove box? Also do they only task cash?

I think that all of the woodgrain stuff was in good shape, but I honestly didn't really look at it that well. I remember the glove being in pretty good shape. It's got the owner's manual in it still. It was raining and I just wanted the door handles, so I was kinda in a hurry. I tried not to break anything though. I don't know why the car was in the junkyard, it looked to be complete and not wrecked. It must have had something wrong with the engine.
