Needing help!

How do you pull the codes from the onboard computer located above the ashtray?

Also.. For some mysterious reason,my blower motor quit working. I ran a bypass and the blower now works,but I am getting no heat in the cabin of the car..

Any info would be helpfull as it,s getting ready to be full blown winter here pretty soon.
