The Environment Working Group says opening the car window or vents will help clear poisonous gases. But the group cautions to roll windows up in heavy traffic where smog could be an even bigger health threat.

I think only someone with a massive OCD issue could find value in that statement. And it would even be lost on that audience, since they likely don't even step outside their front door let alone into a car!
