I think i might be replacing my exhaust soon. I know what setup i want to go with but im a bit confused on which mufflers to buy. I want something that sounds nice but nothing that will attract too much attention. Ive been looking at the Dynomax super turbo's. I have about 250 to spend on it.

250 for a whole exhaust system or just mufflers?
mufflers you can easily do for $250, alot more for the pipes...

Ok I plan on getting 2.25 pipe back to a single x pipe into two dynomax super turbo's. Im getting exhaust done for 200 and ill have another 70,80 bucks to spend on mufflers. A few people have recommended the Dynomax super turbo's. I was at the auto parts store and i saw some thrush turbo mufflers, Looked a bit cheezy. If any of you have any suggestions on mufflers or have used mufflers that are in decent shape and would like to sell them let me know. Thanks

I think as far as Dynomax mufflers go, people like the ultraflow's. If you give me your email I could send you some soundclips I have on my computer of some different setups.

Here's a vid with sound from a 2-1/2" cat-back single-X dual exhaust setup with DynoMax UltrFlows. :steering

How much are the ultra flow's except 2 1/4"? I might consider spending a little bit more money.

You know what, I was just checking out the prices on ultra flo's and they are over 100 a piece. Kind of pricey if you're on a budget. I think these may be what you are looking for:

You can get them in 2 1/4" for a few bucks more, or you could just get the 2.5" and get your exhuast guy to use reducers, either way; tomato, tomahto!

I wanted to do the same thing. What I ened up doing is going with a one in 2 out Magnaflow with 2.25 pipes from there. Sounds great...

I would have gone with 2 in 2 out but the guy who did the work said by law he couldn't take off the #3 Cat. If I could have gone with the 2 in 2 out I would have been able to go with the 2.5 pipes also.

Cost was $75 for the muffler and $200 for the pipe work.

When I drive through the neighborhood you hear a slight rumble but when you step on it... it says I have something sitting under the hood....This is not your Grandpa's car... LOL

Very nice...

You can ask those who went to the August 13th meet what they thought...

I think 94m5 is doing the same on one if his Marks

So how about a deal? I see that they cost 119 but how much will cost plus S&H for both be? And how would the exhaust sound with just a single x pipe? BTW will you ever offer the mufflers in aluminized steel instead of stainless?
Thanks!

Stainless only, this is a deal, they used to be $199.00 each for the twin tipped versions and the oval tipped versions used to be $149.00 each, now either one oval or twin tipped is $119.00 each with a LIFETIME warranty. The twin xx is now $99.00 vs $169.00 which it used to be.

S&H for either version of our mufflers and the twinn xx pipe is $45.00 flat rate nationwide. $382.00 total.
