New from Houston, Texas (with pics!)

I figured I should introduce myself! I actually found out about this forum while watching YouTube videos and someone had posted videos of one of your meet-ups and I thought, "That might be an interesting forum to join!"

I have an '06 Lincoln LS V8. I live just north of Houston, Texas and we are currently entering right into pollen season, which lasts most of the year, so good luck to me keeping my car clean. Ha.

I look forward to getting to know you guys and your cars.

TDUB - Thanks! I wasn't too fond of the "pewter" color exterior, but then it really grew on me after a while. And when you say the words "black leather interior" in Texas people raise their eyebrows and wonder if you drive something else in the summer. Ha. It does get hot, but I love it the car. It's the nicest car I've ever had. Not that we've had a lot of luxury cars or anything. The only other was a Lexus years ago and it was one-fourth the car the LS is.

I don't have any mods planned as of now. I am not all that mechanically inclined. Ha. Though I am getting better little by little.
The one thing I wish I could change is the aluminum lookin' console around the navigation head, A/C and all that stuff. It looks nice from far away, but up close it's all scuffed and cheap looking. Probably more wood grain would be too much wood, but I think that something else there would have looked better. I don't know.
