New guy from lower AL

Hey guys, I'm new to the site from mobile,al. I own a 2002 silver birch Lincoln ls v6 auto bone stock. I also own a 1996 mustang gt 5 speed. I have a set of 18 inch saleen wheels from the mustang I really want to put on the ls. The wheels are 18x9 front and 18x10 rear with a 5x4.5 lug pattern. Was wondering what if anything I could do to make these work. Wouldn't mind rolling the rear fenders if needed...pretty much really want to get these wheels on at almost any cost ha. Any suggestions would be helpful...oh and I also have a leaky hydrolic fan pump...

Thanks a lot...there's surely a lot of useful information on here. Already found out how I'm going to swap out my hydraulic cooling fan and pump. Swapping it with a 16 inch electric fan that draws below 20 amps and converting the pump into a idler pulley. Hopefully it will work out and I won't have any problems
