New here With A 2002 Lincoln LSE

I Have a 2002 Lincoln LSE and ive recently crashed my front bumber into a gaurd rail due to Black Ice, i cant Find my same bumber with the round fog lights ANYWHERE, well at least for cheap, it there anyway i can put a 2004 front bumber on my 2002 LSE ?
