I just got a 2001 V8 LS Sport. It runs good but has 244K on the odo so I'll be doing some major work to it soon. I also have a 1991 Camaro Z28 with a 350 and T5 trans.

Welcome my friend! Yeah...244k on ANY engine, & you'll be putting some of your hard earned $$$ into it before too long, yes

I saw a reman sticker on the trans. I'm assuming the engine has been replaced or has had some work done to it. It is quiet. I pulled the right VC off and the chains and tensions looked good. I removed the radiator and am going to replace all of the cooling parts. Doing the E-fan conversion also. I also have 8 new Accel coils and NGK plugs that I'll be putting in.
