Hello there. Im just posting here to introduce myself, my names is Angel and im 17. Last fall i bought my moms pearl white 98 Mark Viii Lsc with 68k for 2500$. I have to say this is one groovy car man. It had one owner before my mom bought it 7 years ago, and he had a local shop do the airbag to spring conversion. Here she is.

Thanks man! And yes it is the collectors edition,it needs some work though. The clutch slips when i wot from 1-2 and grinds when the torque converter locks up, so im just gonna buy a new tranny for it. The engine also has some bog and sputter when im not flooring it, i belive its due to a dirty mass air flow sensor since the k&n filter hasnt been cleaned since my mom bought it 7 years ago. The belt also slightly squeals so im gonna replace all the pulleys, i think that would fix it. I have the money to do it, but i have to wait for my brother to clear out his garage so we can work on it in there.

Welcome, nice CE! Not a bad ride for a 17 year old!

Thanks for all the welcomes! Rightonthemark- no check engine lights on, i havent pulled codes but the dashboard check engine thing says everythings fine.

Welcome to the forum! When I started driving in 1987, I had a 1977 Bill Blass Mark V. Loved that thing. You have a nice looking car. I also have a 98 Collectors Edition.

Welcome to the Club. you will find many hear that are willing to go that extra mile for folks with morals and a pleasant attitude :)

Thanks for all the greay replys! Im not quite sure what rims they are, i belive they say american eagle or something like that, ill be sure to post some more pics later on today when i get out of school

Welcome Like what Right on the Mark said get the engine running right first. Just went through same problem. Trans works great with engine running right.

nice CE dude and welcome...why would a CE be running on crappy american eagle wheels what happened to the 10 spoke chrome directionals or the ocstars?
