hey all,this is my first lincoln but most def not my first ford.i have over 2000 mustangs,10 torinos and about 20 f150's and bronco's.yes i said 2000 mustangs..lol.anyway i just got my mk7 from a member here, fordspeed and thank you very much i really like this car.it will be a daily driver now with some very tasteful mods. like a 4.5 cowl hood,glass fenders,built aod tranny,331 cid motor with a turbo.first i got to fix some rust problems around the truck and rear window and fix the interior,actually thinking about making my own door panel inserts.i am installing a cold air intake in the morning and doing alot of buttoning up and reassembilly.i am up in the air about my air ride suspension,the bags and all seem good but i know nothing about it and i want a tubular k-member so i can run some longtubes(until i get the turbo).also sub frame connectors and maybe a 4pt roll bar is planned.i got this car because i am first building my truck, a 99 f150 scab,it will be powered by a 01 lightning motor and be pushing somewhere around 400rwhp.once its done i'll move heavy into modding the mk7,will still mod it now but not completely until i get the truck done.
