found a couple of deals on some motors. now im having some trouble deciding what to go with though i was thinking go straight for the cobra spend the money and throw it in. but will all the wiring stuff go the same or will that be like huge pain in the but. on ebay new 02 lincoln motor with the end of harness cut off for 500. i just want to know if i go with either of these will the motor bolt right in even with minor mods to the motor mounts and will the all the wiring hook right up or not? any help will be greatly appreciated with it all cause i know head work will be expensive but i wanna be able to push some boost to the motor without blowing it up. even with the stock motor it will be something i can run some boost to. but eventually about 20 psi will be run. thank you for all your help

02 linc. what? if its a ls then i pretty sure that it will not work as for the cobra there are a couple guys doing this swap and i think you have to do some wiring

at 20 psi, i would be more concerned about forged internals than i would be with head work.

Say goodbye to the pistons and rods at anything over 10psi, much less 20 on ANY Lincoln motor. An engine is only as strong as it's weakest link and our motors have many weak links.

if its the one i saw for $450 just now, it looks like its out of a Conti. the bellhousing pattern isnt going to mate up to your 4r70w
