New tires, y0!

As some of you may know, I bought an 08 F-450 last week, and I wanted to have some new tires put on it. Imagine my surprise when 20 minutes later one of the technicians comes to the waiting area and tells me the truck is done. Huh? 20 minutes to dismount, mount, balance and sipe 6 tires? Damn!

I walked outside and saw my new tires... ugh.

This is to show you all that I DO indeed have a sense of humor. I didn't kill any of the techs. Hell, I didn't even beat them up.

Bah! It's a FORD! It needs as much dirt on it as possible to keep the body panels attached to the body.

So what kind of tires did you get?

I put Michelen XLT's on my 97 F150, they ride great, and importantly up here handle great in the snow.

14 ply Continental HDR's. 225/70/19.5.

I wanted COntinental HDO's, but they don't make them in 19.5 Size.

I see.... semi truck tires lol... but then again you need a serious tire when you can 5th wheel tow 24,500lbs I beleive? or is it 28,500?
