Hey guys nick here just bought a 2000 lincoln ls as my new daily drivver i bought it cheap knowing it need a little work such as right side lower ball joint rear bumper has a crack he gave me a new one not painted tho cars tan with tan interior real good shape over All he. Did the valve cover gaskets befor sold and new plugs ... Its the 3.9 v8 with 93k bought it for 1650$ .... Now the problem im running into is a check engine light it was trowing two codes one was cylinder two misfire and the other was low cat efficency bank one ... I have now fixed the cylinder two mifire with the typical bad coil pack Then cleaerd the code drove 30+ miles light came back on and got it read and got the p0420 code not sure what is excatally wrong but have an idea..Hoping i only have to replace o2 senors or even just space them out just to get the car inspected cause im a week over the typical 7 days after reg .. So i was wonder has any one had this code or similar prob ... I have a general idea on how to just get it to pass just space out the plugs for the time being ... If it is the cat it self .. Kinda confused input would be very greatly appricTed thankss
