coolant reservoir cracked
chrome rims are leaking so I need new rims. and it came with the full size spare on the front left wheel. So it kinda looks off... I'm planning on getting 4 new wheels and tires from a guy parting out his ls next week. and he will help me change my new coolant reservoir as I just got a new one.
The only question I have is I have been looking into what its called and from the pdf its the engine fill cap. with the hex hole in it. It has coolant time to time in the little hole were the hex/allen key should go... Not the reservoir bottle the engine fill cap where on the jaquar 4.0l its aluminum well ours is plastic and the caps rubber I just wanted to know if it may be cracked or why on earth and how coolant gets into that hole... Thanks guys. Also any tips or new things To do to my car... I have some bubbles starting around my keyhole and lincoln badge on my trunk/decklid so i may need to repaint the trunk.. the door pillars are getting this blue/purple color as if there worn so sanding/painting shall be done. and a pressure dent so it looks like in the driverside rear door. probly from someone opening a door on it I look to take out by taking out the door panel and just hitting/pushing it out. Any advice would be great! thanks guys. and what tune-ups should I do and should I get it undercoated???
