New Years Resolutions

So what resolutions does everyone have on here?

A few of mine:

(1) Start and complete the P90X set my wife bought me for Christmas. (does she think I'm fat? :shifty: ) j/k

(2) Get my basement finished or should I say get started on, been here 3 years and I haven't done a thing to it.

(3) Get my Mustang turboed. Actually looking forward to that one.

It was your pics on FB that inspired me to get the P90X. Tomorrow morning, I'll get the equipment, then will start tomorrow afternoon. Program looks good, but I really can't be bothered with making all that stuff in the nutrition guide. Will just eat LOTS of everything good and cut out the bad.

For best results, I figured I'd best quit smoking, so am doing that, also.

after 35 yrs of a 2 pack a day habit, on 3/7/07 i quit smoking cold turkey.

It was'nt as hard as you think. the trick that worked for me was getting away from all the triggers, the cigarette smoke, and smells. shampoo the carpet, wash walls and ceilings, curtains, all the clothes in your closets, and a fresh coat of paint. it was the best thing i ever did for myself.

I havent had a smoke in about 4 yrs now.

Your family and doggie will love the new you too!

if you have a little slip, and relapse, just pick another day and quit.

Thanks - been using the gum and have smoked here and there, but not even 1/4 of what I was smoking. Quit completely now...

My main motivation for doing this is to see better P90X results.

Mine is also to cut down on smoking and pay more attention to my Lincoln, she sat most of last year which ate most of the seals/gaskets. Jmod, block heater and ignition wires are on the agenda so far. Then some rims!
