I've always loved cars, fixing them and driving them. The LS is about the fastest and definitely the most responsive car I have ever owned. Some of the really fast cars of the 1960's were only good if you drove them in a straight line and forget about stopping with 8" drum brakes!
Of course I now have to do the valve cover gaskets and chase down a bad coil because of an intermittent misfire which will be hard to find since it is not tripping the check engine light. I understand that the miss has to be of longer duration in order to code. I'd be better off if the miss was constant.
The valve covers were done under warranty in 2003 with 14K on the engine but obviously the seals didn't last. :(

BTW: Any suggestions on spark plugs will be appreciated. I hear that copper is better than platinum except for not lasting as long-TIA alan
