I have a 98 Mark LSC Clone (base) :shifty:

it has 92k Very clean car, Healthy.

I need a estimate on what it would cost me to add these parts. ( I have the parts)
Cobra Intake (i have upper and lower, that's it, no cables, brackets etc..) so some parts for that will need to be purchased, i just don't know what i need? (thread?)

LSD with 3:73 gears. I need new Shims i believe, came off fox stang

Brakes all the way around (i have parts)

Exhaust installed (purchasing the Mandrel exhaust and H pipe)

Tune

J Mod

What would i be looking at labor wise for all of this? $1,000? $2,000?

Nobody has a rough estimate on what this would cost me?

An estimate would best be given by the person who is going to be doing the work. All shops will be different.

@ULTIMATESVT Great deal there man! i know damn well i wont get that lucky. But i have $4,000 to spend want to do all the above including some cosmetic things, PDR, Touch up paint, buff, new carpet, dye a few spots on interior. Basically just dial it all the way in.

Start with J mod, then gears, then tune. When going to a deeper gear you will need a drive shaft, stock shaft will shake like mad from the increased RPM.

See how much cash you have left.
All those mods can be done by yourself in the driveway The third member can be set up out of the car by any real shop.

After that go to 03-04 cobra exhaust manifolds and new pipes, add your intake.

Do some searching and reading all the info you need is well documented on this site.
You will get better search results if you use google and lincolnvscaddillac in your search title.

The Ford Nut is exactly right. I just Google my question of the day and it usually gives me LVC or LOD or sometimes one of the general forums. If you were out here in the northwest, i'd help you do it in my garage. To really nail it down, call Lincoln dealer and ask for flat rate hours on the tasks specifically as there are manuals rating each job for standard repair time. Good mechanics will usually get paid for 12-14 hours per day for 8 hours of work because they are efficient enough to beat regular scale time. I have found that I am incompetent enough to need about three hours for each one of shop time. But that's just me :) Either way, it's time well spent. I'm on my third, and every one has reinforced the reputation of this great, rear drive, two door, 32 valve, V-8, DOHC cruiser hot rod for adults. Or kids. And these days, 3800# is on the lighter side. I guess my point is you will not regret the effort.
