I wouldnt spend 20k on a 2002 seeing is I spent 27K on a 2004 Ultimate with I think 19k miles. The most major changes were done in 2003 so an 02 has the 252 hp instead of the 280 along with alot of other refinements. Not downing anyone with a pre 2003 but to spend that much it would have to at least be an 03 IMHO.

The factory LSE package is good for about $1500 to $2000 more than a same equiped non-LSE model. I agree 20K is high and this car will likely sell for 17k or so, and if it wasn't a LSE it would go for 15K or so. So the 04 would then be 12k more, Hmm
