Hello forum,
I've finally found the time to work on my LS. I'm replacing the suspension, special shocks w/ eibach springs. What I need a clear understanding of before I order wheels is the offset. I want niche intake, or targa 19" x widest I can fit and an offset that will kick the stance out where it should be where it looks good once the pro kit is installed without having to use spacers. Also if I have to use spacers what size would I need. Thank you and I apologize if this has been discussed.

Yup.... Many times. Factory offset is 60mm. Go crazy sticking the wheels out and you will damage your new suspension. The components were designed to take a certain load at a certain place. Change that you're adding stress in places that weren't designed to handle it. The Eibach springs I was running caused my upper ball joints to wear very prematurely. Don't know what it did to the rear suspension. Wheel weight is also important.

I thought they only offered one wheel width and offset for a given diameter in our bolt pattern? 18x8, 19x8.5. Then again, I think I remember them saying they build the wheels to order, so I guess if you go through a dealer you can get any bolt pattern and width they have on file.

Use this online calculator/visualizer to find a wheel that matches. Factory is 16x7+60, 16x7.5+60, and 17x7.5+60. Owners have fit 9.5" wide Jag R wheels in the rear.

I would go with the normal 19x8.5+42s all around and call it a day. It's not like it'll make a big difference. I believe owners have been able to fit 255 tires all around. If not, 245s

I would actually go 45mm+ on the offset......

I've successfully run 255's on my LS a few times. In fact, when I sold my '06 I swapped the Tucana's running 255/40/18 from my LS to my wife's '06. IHMO, the Jaguar 50mm offset wheels are purrfect (pun not intended!!)!! The wheels are pretty flush to the wheel wells.

Would, should, but can't. There's only one available offset (without going through the manufacturer)
