ok guy i am a x lincoln tech that has quit his job to work in his own shop because it was costin me 2 much money to drive. i have a 98 deville that came in with no blower motor.got power and ground to the motor, the grey wire that verys the speed from the ac programmer had zero volts,range is 1-5 volts .followed the test and was instructed to install a new programer.problem is they cost $1000 .luckly i got i1 from a salvage yard and i still have no power on the grey wire.has anyone had a issue like this is it a common problem for the control panel to go out.the system wont go into self test.thanks for the input .
