UGHHH- My 97 LSC has decided to stop blowing anything but air... no a/c and no heat- just the ambient temp air. Any suggestions on where to start?

thanks, I will check them out! I found a really good posting on one of the other forums, can't remember which one at the moment, with step-by-step photos and it looks less daunting than I had anticipated just rather time consuming.
