Ok I just had my car flushed the whole drop the pan flush the trq. converter done the right way with mercon v. But my car still makes a wining turbine sound when in nuetral. Now the flush fixed the 45 mph shudder goes in and out of gears no problem shifts great. But the noise in nuetral wtf is that all about? Thanks.....

Is it kind of a buzzing sound, if so mine does that in park and neutral... Does yours do it in park?

Oh yeah If i drive it for a long period of time stop and put it in nuetral the sound doesent happen it only happens when it hasent warmed up or something

I have a similar problem, just had my transmission replaced and it started happening about a thousand miles ago. Doesn't seem to effect my driving, only a strange noise coming from the front of my car when I'm stopped, but if I let off the brakes and start pulling farward, it goes away. And of course, if its in Park or Nuetral it makes no noise. Seems better when warmed up though.

My fluid level is pretty good, not sure what it is. Don't know if its trans or belt somewhere. Be sure to share any solutions about this iritating problem.

Your valve body or solenoids may be 'buzzing'. You may want to check the valvebody bolts torque.

I dont get it because I just had a full flush so i have new fluid, filter, ext. I drove my car today when i first started it and put in nuetral to see if it made a noise it did after i drove 10 or so miles I put it thru all the gears and not a sound shifting in and out perfect. Then about 2 hours later i started my car to see what would happen put in it nuetral it made the noise then i put it in drive made a noise for like a nano second let it warm up the sound was less and less. So it seems like when the fluid is cold it is responsible for the noise when it warms up its fine. Idk maybe when the fluid is hot it gets through to the gears faster. Idk

Is it harmful to the trans and what do i do to fix it adjust the trq of the bolts, were is it located and how many pounds of trq is needed?
