OBAMA TO TAX ASPIRIN.....



I JUST HEARD THAT OBAMA IS GOING TO IMPOSE A 40% TAX ON ASPIRIN BECAUSE IT'S WHITE AND IT WORKS. ;)

I'll stick to Motrin or Advil since they have a colored coating LOL. I take the stuff like candy I can't afford a 40% tax increase.
 
Some things can be racist, others are just to be funny. Like his for example:

Great point! Getting upset over aspirin being white in color? What an incredible thought process...

Truth is a lot like aspirin: Chalky and bitter to the taste. However once taken, issues get relieved.
 
I think it has more to do with the stereotype of black people being lazy and living off of welfare.

That's the point of a joke though isn't it? To be witty/ironic?

This posting is F'ed up, I am black and I am sure I work harder than %95 of the people on here, and I am positive I get taxed more than majority of you. This posting is offensive, and its this very same thought process that will destroy what MLK and other great people fought for.

Some stuff is funny, but this is straight Racism.
 
I dont think you work harder than me. I dont think you get taxed more than me. And I know I am not racist. My post above was not to be demeaning, it was to show that you can have jokes about color without being racist. like this one:

"What do you call 300 white men chasing a black man?
The PGA tour."

We are the same grade, the only exception is I am single, with no dependents. So you tell me who gets taxed more, it wasn't just the joke ,that offended me, it went from Obama taxing asprin because they are white and work, to Black people being lazy, if you were in my shoes reading this, how would you feel, better yet how would one of your black Marines feel listening to this conversation. I have a since of humor, "what did the black boy get for christmas? The white kids bike!" But when it goes from joke, to people stating opinions, its gone to far.

And its 0545 here, I just got back from the gym, which means I been up since about 0330, and probably will not see my bed until 2330. Hope you are sleeping well.
 
I gotta laugh at the arrogance and hidden pre-judging (Prejudice) of people. What makes you think it is a black/white issue? Notice that I'm posting from the Southwest?

Look at President Obama's tax plan, taxing what works. If ever I saw "Institutional Racism" at work, I have now. (Remember the bit about how stimulus money is not to go only to white construction workers?)

I am amazed at how Banking and credit card institutions pulled back credit lines of minorities and nonwhites, months ago. As if the CEOs of the country knew what is coming.

I saw it in the faces of friends, neighbors and relatives from the West Coast to East Coast. These people depended on the credit lines to do business. Profitable, taxable business that keeps America running. These same people, business men and women, are ready to do anything to get their bills straightened out and the kids taken care of.

It seems real odd to me that a gov't official makes an off hand race based comment, a few months go by and poof! ground work is laid for a platform for minorities to get work. Opposite of supporting those who already have steady jobs and lifestyles being profitable, competitive and supporting the local communities.

I have no smoking gun or quotes from reputable sources. My comments are that of my own and observations that I have seen over the last twelve plus months.

*Parting shot: If anyone have an issue with what I post, in any forum, please PM me for further explanations or look into yourself to figure out why hate/confusion/issues rule you.
Don't you people get it? We are all in this together! Red Fvcking, White and blue.
