the current tennant isnt completely out yet, thats why the office is full of crap and all the stuff on the left side of the shop is there, but he was cool enough to let us move the rest of his stuff to the side and start moving in. i made two trips with a 20 foot trailer and my truck, and i only have about 2 pick up fulls of loose crap in my shop to take to the new one. i should be done moving my stuff tomorrow hopefully. the guy in the red shirt is my best friend jake, we met in orlando at a mini truck meet 7 years ago, but found out he is also from mass where i am from, we hit it off instantly and been friends ever since. i recently got him a job at my work too. he will be in the shop alot with me working on crap, my buddy matt who is pictured kneeling by the hand truck pictured is my partner i am splitting the shop with. i'll update pics as we go along because the shop will transform alot in the next few weeks. after pulling my truck in i really got an idea for how huge this shop is compared to the old one, if i park my truck in the old shop it almost goes from the back wall to the door!!!!! i was way off on the size of the office too, i guessed on the size but measured it today the office is 13' 2 deep and 26' 8 long, the ceiling is 8' 8 high. i'm so in love with this place! we had the ac on in the office for about 45 minutes to see how well it works and in that time it went from 92 inside it to 76, hell yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

have you heard of just in the process of moving? there is $175 dollars worth sitting on the back seat of my truck, one thing at a time.

here frogman is this getting better??? me and my mom painted the whole outside of the office today and mom did the bathroom over, actually i did about 75% of the office alone before she finished the bathroom lol!! mom is getting slower as she gets older, but, she did help with a single phone call so i cant bitch!

It's gonna look great when it is all done... I can't wait to see it when we bring stacks car down...

i still have to paint the door, i cant decide if i want it blue like whats there, or break it up and paint it red like the stripe, my wife says do it red i think red would really stand out wild, blue would just look good, either way i guess i cant make it look bad! we're doing the walls white, the office i did medium gray and electra blue, the shop walls are gonna be flat white, flat covers awesome and goes a long way, gts dirty quicker, but it is a shop not a house! my buddy pete said i can borrow his wagner power sprayer, and i have scaffold at work with wheels so painting the tall walls will be cake. i did a lot in 2 days, all thats left in my old shop are my waste barrels, a tool cart, some shelves, a fridge and microwave and my dvd's and bolt bin. compressor too but thats last since its behind the building and i have to walk through the jungle to get it out of there! by next weekend i'll have my first lincoln victim in the new shop to strip, right now its spared an extra week in the old shop!

yeah i like the way it came out, my partner wasnt around when i painted it, not like i care but he loves it too, we talked about it briefly friday but we didnt discuss colors so i picked what i like and thats how it is! but he saw it tonight and loved it. we made a few trips with more crap from both our shops but i only have a few cabinets and the 96 mark in my shop to move now so i'll be done the next few nights after work and then we can move all his equipment this weekend. I will still have a door sign like i have now but our shop is going to be known as HPS Cylinder Heads. thats matt's company name i really dont have one this is just a side thing me and my father in law have been doing for so long, but matt is a real business so you guys will see in future pictures that its really going to look like a machine shop inside more than a car shop!

wow what a two weeks!!! well, we are finally in, all in, turned in the keys to the old shop, we have moved both our shops 100% and for the most part i am set up. minus my compressor being set up permanently, its hooked up but i need to plumb air line around the shop and bolt the compressor to the floor. so, last week i bought a lap top for the shop, so i can have internet access there as well as home, i have been staying at the shop till roughly 10 pm or later, but working all day too, so its killing me, but to top it all off last night my wife calls me at the shop and says the house computer is fried, sure enough i get home and its done, toast, so i took the deposit money back from the old shop and had my wife go get another computer today, my old one was a dell and the new one is a dell too, but a whole hell of alot nicer, including a wide screen HD 19 LCD monitor. so the last 2 weeks have kicked my ass so bad but its finally over, the new shop is up and running only thing left to do this week is get the power switched over to my name. i'll take some pics with my camera instead of my phone. what a bitch!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was going to ask why you had all the floor buffers but then I read that it was someone else's stuff. Congrats, I was just excited to get myself a two car garage but that would be nice to have as well.

Looks like you have enough room for a lift!!!!!

Damn, I wish I knew you were in the market. I'd have built you something at cost!

Slick setup. You are going to love having an air conditioned shop.

I take it this means to get my upper intake done and some head work done, you're the guy to talk to ?

my partner matt is the head guy. the shop isnt ac'ed just the office. i wouldnt dare pay for a ac'ed shop screw that!!! i just deal with the heat. i wasnt in the market but had to do something right away my wife needs her puter for business .
