Thats looks really nice how it is. Nice and clean. Keep up the good work. Anything done on the inside?

good lookin guys.....nutthin on the inside yet....after i throw on the bags im thinkin about 4 tv's in thee headrest (ill let the people that drive behind me watch too haha) and a touch screen built in indash

IMO, I think the car looks good as it is dropped.

After having bags on my 95 accord, I dont think I would do it to another vehicle of mine. The maintanince kinda sucks on them after awhile. But it does look when you can slam the car.

Good Luck.

Looks real good! I like the shaved deck lid lights. Keep up the good work! :Beer

Did you take the LS to a body shop to shave the tail lights or did you do it yourself? I would love to do the same mod, including the 40 series exhaust.
You have a bad LS. :W

I wouldn't replace the very sohpisticated suspension with airbags. I'm not sure it's even possible.

coming from a previous bagged vehicle owner myself, I looked at my LS, some air struts dont look hard at all. The suspension isnt THAT sophisticated.

However I have the same color LSE, and was debating the mclaren grille, I really like the way it looks in the sun, but I like my stock grille too. Can you get me a closer pic ? Also a soundclip of the exhaust, and what do the blue angel eyes look like at night ? Sorry for all the questions but I'm loving the car. awesome work

SWEET!!!! How ur car ride on 20s with the eibach kit? Do ur tires wear out on the inside? I am gonna drop mine on my 20s next month and just want a heads up.
Where u located at in cali? I am in the san fernando valley.

Get some lower clear corners n ur set!!! lskoncepts.com

Peace!

Nice car! It looks pretty slick; the next logical step would be to shave the door handles. Maybe relocate the gas filler, or at least do a better job of hiding it.

As for the airbags, why would you want to take a car like an LS that can actually go around corners and turn it into a boat? If you want a Town Car, buy a Town Car...

Looks very sweet!! Might I suggest that with all that cleaning up and smoothing, that a classy Lincoln Badge on the grille would really set it off. My preference is for the stock badge, or you could use a custom color badge from Ken at KSKoncepts.

Properly setup, an air ride vehicle can ride and handle better than a coil sprung vehicle any day. Run the proper length air struts or bags, geometry is right use the right length shocks etc. etc. etc. etc. Remember everything else is the same in the suspension shocks and all, the bag or airstrut is just a spring, an adjustable spring.

looks good, welcome aboard. where diid u get the blue angel eyes, are they ccfl or leds. also do a search for a thread called work in progress. that guy has done some insane stuff to his ls. what did that back lid cost u.

As the LS has coil-overs, where do you plan on installing the bags? Fabricating mounts? And the LS suspension was designed by some very qualified guys. Ever hear of an F1 driver named Michael Schumacher? One of his suspension guys was lead designer for the LS. It uses a quite sophisticated (for it's time) short-arm/long-arm geometry. There is also anti-dive/anti-squat technology built in. Notice the front upper ball joint over the front tire? The shock/spring (the LS has no struts) is just one part of the suspension. IMHO, bags would totally screw up all that is good in the overall design of the classy aluminum suspension.

Did you know that the LS has passive 4-wheel steering???

4 wheel steering - are you refering to the toe-in effect on the rear wheels that move under lateral stress?

I haven't taken a detailed look at my LS's suspension, but am familiar with the 4 wheel steering on my Cougar. All MN12's had that, a system designed by Tokico.

Welcome to the club 'Shaved', you do have a great looking car :). No need for bags, those sexy wheels fill up the wheel well nicely.

damn....thats is a whole lot of stuff that i did not know about...i may have to ask a couple folks specifically how they went about baggin there :q:q:q:q...but honestly guys i dont care about handling and take turns hard...before the LS i was a honda man and not talkin bout no lil ass ricer kid!im talkin built suspensions...built motors that were boostin 14psi daily....all motor hatches that were 12's strong all day. i know that my linc is not gonna ride like a linc anymore but that :q:q:q:q is gonna look hella hot to the folks that i am baggin on hahaha...by the way i jus order my suicide door kit so be on the look out for pics in about a week

Yep. That conical shaped connection on the rear toe link will actually compress allowing the rear tire to toe a little. Disconnect the link and see how much the movement there is!!

Disconnect

Uh, NO. Everything I take apart on this car requires me to do alot of farting around getting it back together right :D. PITA car to work on.

Interesting though, and I'm not surprised. Who has the patent on that technology?

Don't worry about the lack of handling there Shaved, to each their own eh! I for one would never give up handling ability for looks, these cars are too sweet in curves+corners.
