Ordering 20" tires tomorrow...How Wide??!!

Hey guys I got the local shop to find me some nice 20s and some tires and the guy recommends 245/35/20...Should I stick with that or go 255/35/20? I know there probably isnt a HUGE difference but he said the 255s might rub a lil bit but the 245 no problems...what should I get??

255's will rub if you don't mod the fender.

go with 245/35/20 the 255's will rub and with the side wall at an angle if you happen to run low on air pressure for some reason BOOM blown out side wall from the heat....

255s are also slightly taller, something else to think about, too. get the 245s

I have seen an LS with 255/35/20s, but the guy owned a rim shop and they had his rims custom made to fit the LS properly with a correct offset. He said they didn't rub at all.
