P0155 Code, 02?

2003 V8, filled up with fuel and got back in the car and CEL was on. Thought it was a full cap problem becasue I just filled her up, but got back to the shop and read the code and P0155 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 1 appeared. Could a bad gas cap couse this? I did a seach and found a couple hits. Does anyone know where this 02 sensor is located on the car to see if it is burned wires or if the 02 sensor needs to be replaced? Any other ideas would greatly be appreciated.

Sorry, previous information makes sense for an I6 not a V8.

Bank 1 is where the number one cylinder is (passenger side) and Bank two is the opposite side (driver).

Sensor one is upstream of the converter.
