P0171 and P0174 Left / Right Bank Lean - 2002 LS V6 - Solution

I know there are some posts on this but I had been getting the above codes and I thought I would share the solution that worked for me. In my case the 2 PCV connectors were cracked. Changed both in 10 minutes. One is on the MAF body and the other is at the back of the engine. It is very easy to access the rear one if you remove the decorative engine cover.
