what code is that?
failed catalytic converter?
probably means you let a misfire get bad enough, long enough, that the raw fuel dropping into your exhaust has ruined the catalytic converter and it will need to be replaced.
or the O2 sensor has gone all wonky.
but considering the misfire probability of the LS, i think its the first idea.
