I have a 2000 ls 3.0l and i have p1409 cel on. I replace the egr vacuum solenoid and the dpfe solenoid and I had cleaned the egr valve and i still have it on. I am starting to wonder if i crossed the vaccum lines for the dpfe and if that would cause any codes to come up. also i am trying to replace pcv and i know its under the air intake manifold but when i had it off I did not see it.

I have the same problem! I already replaced the egr valve, did not help. I figure that it is the differential pressure transducer on the back of the intake. I am just trying to figure out which one to buy, since they run anywhere from $28 or so to over $60...

Pcv

On V6 the PCV tube from the throttle body goes back toward the firewall then to the right rear of the intake manifold, connects to a rubber adapter, $14 @ dealer, then goes under intake manifold fwd to PCV valve installed in small black plastic box opposite COP #5.

They are broken. It's not uncommon for the clips to break. You should be able to secure them with some Ty-wraps. You'll have to do something, otherwise they will vibrate out.
