Car has been running a little rough and gas mileage has been poor. I ran the scanner today and I got 2 pending codes p2196 and p2198 o2 sensor stuck running rich. Could this be O2 sensor failure? 04 V8.

Did some research and came across this for these codes. Smfh I don't even know where to start. I'm thinking O2 sensors or fuel injectors. I'm getting 12.2 mpg.
