LED rear tail lights are an aftermarket item for Mark VIIs.

The 97-98 Mark VIII had a neon rear strip, but not a single Mark series coupe ever had LEDs.

No, I've never seen aftermarket LED tails for sale for the Mark VII.
Gotta make your own.

I created a set for my SVO Mark VII.
It was a lot of work but it really sets it apart and looks awesome at night.
