parking lot woes

bought an ls sport there were some problems with amidites but the motor ran amazingly smooth and fast and chirping bought it on the spot at a used lot guy ...ive changed the upper front control arms changed the oil and filter and window regulators ..ive ran some techroline fuel system cleaner but have been getting some vibrations intermittently ..there is speed but feeling some vibration through the drive train after 1k miles more than less smooth operations as when purchased ... changed the oil and filter again got new plugs and coils still runs the same i started running a little lucas for good measure thinking i melted all the Teflon but not shure what im feeling seems to have a slightly less appealing 1st 2nd gear engagement which is annoying and less than smoother operation as when bought i mean its a ford Lincoln the vehicle is supposed to be smooth and its only intermittently smooth ...Been to a transmission shop but there is little faith from the sealed unit i was thinking low on mercon as to impel seems to be no faith i/ dislikes contrary to 5r55 … .....questioning the tranny not having enough hydolic power at slow speeds like in parking lots but it shifts and does everything else like its supposed to : / ... i also of had some low speed gurgaling and throttle intermittencies from fuel that is it seems to like to gurgle sounds like passenger side exhaust valves poping latently like it has a waste gate after decelerations at highway speeds … cant afford to get perfect with a rebuild and my brakes are next job on the list (unless i got freeway speed my vacuum seems low) and since i don't have oil in the coolant and levels are good i question vacuum but don't see vacuum assit to tranny as of yet …. solenoid is part of a good engagement but not sure if there are any assists from vacuum …
TCC LOCKUP ? or tensioners or tranyy? if anyone has these symptoms please post
