passenger seat issue

Quick question...

My passenger seat in my 90se operates good except it will not raise the back of my seat forward. All other directions work perfectly? What could cause this one direction not to work. I would really like for the passenger to be able to see out the window and not fall asleep due to laying flat on there back! Thanks.

I had this problem once, Somebody knock the wire loose(broke)from the back seat by having their feet to far under the seat..check the main plug under the seat for a broken wire........
