PCV valve at no charge?!?!

So I was reading my maintenance schedule book and it said this. Has anyone done it?

It's a $7.00 part if you spring for Motorcraft brand and it takes less than 2 minutes to change even if you don't know much about cars. Not worth letting a dealership near my vehicle.

If it's the same part number as the 2V 4.6, I don't think it's even $7.

Might take them 4 hours to replace it
