Performance Chip

Looking to see if anybody is selling a Used Chip for a 96 MARK VIII.
I just want to see the true Potential that this car has.
I can't afford a new one, so I'm willing to pay around 100 if anyone has one laying around.
IF it's a plug and go that would be great.

P.S. I really dont know to much about chips, module, etc...so bare with me
