Love him or hate him? Personaly he helped me out alot getting back into shape and working out, has alot of good info.

btw buddy how is your exercise program doing? I'm experimenting with a new workout routine from www.Bodyrecomposition.com and it's a crash diet where you basically only eat in Grams of protein as you have in LBs of LEAN body mass. near next to zero fat/carbs and low calories. Lost 10lbs so far in 1 week and my roommate (who told me about it) has lost 40lbs in 2 months. I plan on getting to 14% body fat or 11% by halloween. Great thing is you don't really loose any muscke in this diet. For instance my roommate only lost 6lbs of muscle out of the 40lbs total lost.

I told him this already. He is like that friend you cant stand cause he is so annoying but you have to have around so the group can pick on him on cloudy days.
