The paint cost me around $4000.00. I dropped the car 1.75 all around on 20" rims. Rides very well considering the rims and the drop.

Are you serious? Does it rub alot? I know alot of people who say its almost impossible to drop it.

No rub at all. 20 x 8.5 rim with 245/35/20 tire. I flip u turns all the time with no issues...

I am thinking about 19's but if you guys aren't having rub issues with the 20's I may go one along that route. Defintely going for the drop kit though.

Yeah I was a little scared about going 1.75 but it worked out perfect. I also put a eibach camber kit on the front. The drop definitely gives the LS a long sleek look.

Defintely the hottest LS I have seen in the 5 years I have been following the community. Your car would certainly make me want to drive slowly just so everyone could envy it.
 
what kinda springs is it lowered on? did u have to adjust 4 camber...if that makes n e sense. do ur tires get eaten up on the inside cus those tires can get expensive to replace. i want to lower mine on twinkies but gotta know if its gonna screw my tires up.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I will post more pics of the car soon with pics of the Kenwood 25th anniversary system.
FYI, for people installing navigation to their LS my kenwood rep told me that you can tap into the red and white wire on the ECM for the speed sensor wire which is located on the right rear of the engine. Its pin #26.
 
Did house of Kolor paint the car for you?

Have you made any interior upgrades?

What color was the car when you bought it and did you have the engine compartment sprayed as well?

Platinum Autobody in Reno NV painted the car.

I just have the stock black leather interior right now which is soon to be changed. I have the Kenwood navigation with the 25th anniversary Kenwood deck xxv05.

The car was silver all the jams are painted, just a couple of spots in the engine that you can see the silver.

The springs are sprint. I dont know what my friend did on the camber I know I bought the kit on ebay for like 60.00. My tires are wearing evenly after I lowered it I got aligned

Im going to start the interior this week while my installers are wiring up my system.
Im going to do a red suade headliner with red suade down the middle of my seats. Since Im redoing the interior I will probably change out all of my old woodgrain with new pieces.
 
Nice, my 20's just arrived yesterday and I'm lowered as well. A buddy of mine suggested to get it aligned ASAP because of the wear on the very inside of the tire...away from the indicator. It's good to know that with the alignment and drop that there is no rubbing at all. Which tires did you go with? Looks good BTW
 
That is a compleatly diffrent direction then I am going on my ls, however I love it for the syle it is. Good work, keep it up. Do you still have extra stock rims?

From what I understand you can't get a vss anywhere in the car but on the rearend abs mod.... All is digital vss wires.. Right??

Avic-n1 does not need the vss wire so I did not hook it up. would be nice if that is the right wire. let me know.
