For a couple more bucks you can just get B-pillar inserts from LSKoncepts.

just use car wax. worked fine for me. you just have to keep it up by polishing it periodically.

ohh ok .. mine was pretty bad too, then i used the tex wax on it and it was restored pretty much. and i also live in florida. I guess it all depends on how bad it is.

just in case u wanna try it the wax i use is Meguiars NXT Generation Tech Wax . worked for me . mine was lookin' like a rainbow. even if it doesnt work, its a great wax for u`r car so its a win win situation.. :)

I love that stuff I use the WHOLE LINE of products If you can find the SOAP and TIRE SHINE you will love it!!!!! It was like gold around here First they couldnt keep it on the self and then it wasnt selling to good so most places drop it !!!!NOOOOOOO!!!! I found some the other day and Bought it I love it so clean and the stuff smells great (WAX SOAP AND TIRE SHINE AND QUICK DETAILER...NOT THE SPRAY WAY.... do you use the spray or the can?)

oh yea.. thats all i use on my cars... i use the wax in the bottle though not the spray or paste to me its easier to wipe off than the paste. i use the spray just in between polishes once in a while jus to keep the lil shine if i feel like it. but i also use the hot shine aerosol spray on the tires .. its like 2 dollars cheaper than the nxt generation insane shine, but same results. i love their products though. i tried the turtle wax platinum tire spray last week just to see how it was and it was horrible. so i`m stickin to meguiars. (what i know)

the gold class leather cleaner is really good too.. makes my wifes tan leather look like new.

Mother's Back to Black for the win.. Stuff works great for the oxidization on the pillars.
I have used Back to Black and that stuff just hasnt worked out for me. It seems impossible to remove it all and get a good shine out of it. Mine doesnt look too bad yet, thats why i was wondering if the restoration kit would prevent further oxidation and decline.
