2000 Lincoln Ls 3.9, I broke down the other night, car will run, making load noise in the middle, black kinda circle thing, its in the middle of fuel rails right above thermo stat, the noise sounds like something spinning or broke loose? here is pic

You shouldn't keep making different threads about the same problem. People will lose interest in helping if they have to chase you all over the forum to get information.

The "black kinda circle thing" in the picture is your intake manifold. There are no moving parts inside it.
More information is still needed, since that's not where the sound is originating. Could you post a video (with sound) of the issue you have.

My very wild guess (based on little information, some of it clearly incorrect) is that one your exhaust cams has jumped time due to failure of a secondary timing chain tensioner. The odds of this guess being correct are low (but not zero).

yeah, 16 year old 40k cars that can be bought for less than 10% of that tend to be a lot to deal with
