Hello: My friends
I am back again (I am very very sorry to keep bothering you guys like this) BUT I am a real DUMMY when it come's to fixing problems with my (NEW to me), 2001 Cadillac Deville DTS. And I need your help again !!
My BACK WINDOWS (both of them) will NOT go down. They WILL work up and down from the front of the car, AND they WILL go UP from the back of the car. I tryed the kiddy lock button for the windows on the drivers door and the little light on it works when it is on lock, and it goes out when I push again to turn off the lock, BUT the back windows still will NOT go down. I can lower the back windows FROM THE FRONT driver door BUT NOT from the back doors.
So PLEASE if ANYONE can help PLEASE send me a e-mail to pricecc@hotmail.com OR post it here. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH. cpri287972 - :Bang :gr_hail:

Don't assume that just because the lock switch lights up that it's working. I'm not familiar with caddy setups, but from what you say, it sounds like the kiddie switch isn't working. It is possible to test it with a multimeter, but if you're not familiar with how to troubleshoot it, it'll probably be easier to just change the switch. That's where I'd start.
