I have the whole LSE kit done, now I think the back of the car looks kinda bare. Should I do the 02 LSE spoiler or leave it the way it is? I know I need some 19" rims next.

I just took these pics 5 minutes ago and I just put the spoiler on yesterday. Not the best pics but to be honest, I think the M3 spoiler is the only spoiler that actually looks good on the LS. QuikLS has the same spoiler on his. I paid $100 for it shipped and color matched which I didn't think was too bad. The pics don't do it justice but believe me, it looks great.

By the way, I seen an LS that looked exactly like the one you have here in Minnesota. Looks real sharp....I have to get a bodykit...

I'm sticking without one. The rear of the car has great lines without.

If I ever did do one, it would be a small one.

Yea, that is why I like the M3 spoiler. Very subtle, almost hardly noticeable.

Thank for the feedback for those who answered. So far I guess it looks like most people that answered the poll said to leave it the way it is. Next project will be some nice 19" wheels.

I voted for it. I wouldn't do one on my car because I am doing a different look. With the style you are going for, it will look great. Keep it small and it will add a lot to the lines of the car without being too "in-your-face"..

Just add some wheels and the car will be perfect. I don't think that you need a spoiler, maybe add LSE lights instead.

i wonder how different the m3 spoiler would look from the lse spoiler? im probably going with the wings west body kit

I would leave the car the way it is. It looks very sharp and I think a spoiler would be distracting. Also I really like those factory wheels. But it is your car so do whatever is going to give you the most enjoyment.

What do you guys think of the Wings West spoiler? I see one on ebay and its currently only 50 bucks.

I agree with others that if you do decide to install a spoiler, it should be a small one, for example the original LSE lip spoiler.

My 06 has many of the LSE components except a spoiler, so it looks much like your car now. I think it would look good with one, but for now I'm not adding one.

Bottom line is that I think the car will look nice without a spoiler, or with a small one. Its really up to you.

I like the body kit, but I wouldn't put that spoiler on my car if somebody paid me $50.

I installed the factory LSE spoiler. It looks like a flat wing that extends from the trunk about 1". Painted to match and I get lots of compliments on it.

i think it does look bare.. do u think it wont look so bare with some rims to take ur attention off the trunk?

it all depends on u man.. if u get one get a thin one.. i think the M3 one looked good if thats the name.. i gotta google it and see if i get some pics..

I just don't think these cars are the type that should have spoilers, small or otherwise. Leave those to the hondas and other "cheaper" cars. LS's, to me, are classier than a plastic spoiler glued to the trunk.

got pics?? I'm thinking of getting one too. How much did it cost to paint?

The same could be said about sport wheels, grills, body kits, etc. etc. It is a sport sedan so I don't think the spoiler is out of theme, unless you go with a big wing or anything too gaudy.

Sorry no pics yet. I will try to get pictures in the next week or so. As for the price to paint it. I met this guy who owns a body shop and have sent him a bunch of people for work and when it came time for me to get something done all he charged me is materials $60.00 for the work. He painted the spoiler, McLaren grill and my mudflaps. I had him just paint the top part of the mudflaps to match my car. Did a great job on the paint work and he mounted everything for me except the grill.

Actually, Quick has one that is simular to the LSE.

Thanks for the feedback, after a couple months of being torn between the spoiler or no spoiler. I think the silver LS needs a spoiler. I ordered the LSE spoiler from Bill at Team Ford, he hooked me up!!

Did you get the '02 or '04 LSE spoiler? If its the '02, then how much? IMO its the best one.

Thanks.
