Power WIndow Buttons

Hey guys! I need some help! I'm trying to find the (I'm not even sure what you call it...) Trim piece that goes around the buttons in a 1993 mark viii... they have some kind of coating on them and it scratches right off and they look horrible in my car so I want to replace them ... any ideas? thanks!

try to remove it and repaint it or something if you were to repaint it, do it to both sides so they dont clash. thats what im planing to do with mine, im so pisst off about my sliding moon roof cover it has rips and looks like :q:q:q:q. then today i was cleaning the back of my roof of my car and made a tear, wtf is with that. lol good luck.
